X-BAG
THE ULTIMATE VERTICAL AUTOMATIC FORM FILL SEAL MACHINE

X-Bag is an innovative semiautomatic vertical packaging machine which combines different existing technologies with unique innovations.
X-Bag is an easy to use, economical and functional form-fill-seal machine which creates 3 hermetic sealing bags starting from a plain foil roll.
Compared to the other vertical machines, X-Bag has an innovative system of forming box which allows to get a fast format change. This systems reduces the machine shot-down and we gain in productivity. Moreover the two clamps of the horizontal sealing allow to keep the forming bag in position reducing the any break possibility. The key factor of the X-Bag is the versatility of the machine which can seal any kind of film. This thanks to the incomparable sealing system: the ultimate patent by Minipack Torre.

VERSATILE
The fact to use plain foil rolls (poliethilene, poliolephine, Macro & Micro perforated, combined and Biodegredable film) let the machine to be more versatile and the incidence of the packaging cost is reduced.

Its small dimension enable the machine to be placed even in tiny production areas.

USER FRIENDLY
X-Bag is an easy to use form-fill-seal machine both in the settings (film setting and unwinding, parameters controlled by electronic board) and in the operation.

EASY TO MANAGE
The only maintenance to be done is the change of the horizontal sealing wire which can be done by the end user itself.

RELIABLE
The main body is made of painted steel and plexiglass while the forming box is made of S.S. AISI 304. The machine has been developed starting from the know how of the other vertical machine by Minipack Torre: Mailbag; which is world-wide known for its reliability.

INNOVATIVE
The horizontal sealing are independent from the vertical one. The former is a pulse electronically controlled while the latter is a controlled hot air flow side-sealing (patent pending).

EFFECTIVE
This kind of system ensures the hermetic seal whether with light products (such as powders or granulated products) or heavy ones (such as screws or other metallic parts). The machine has been tested giving excellent results with products up to 5 Kg.

FAST 
In a single step, the machine seals the pillow and seals & cuts the bottom and the top of the bag which is then ejected.

HANDY
The machine is equipped with a bag holder pusher useful to hold and evacuate on an out-feed belt (option) every kind of heavy product.

ADJUSTABLE
The bag length is adjustable in a very precise way: from 50 mm up to 330 mm max.

YIELDING
The X-Bag machine finds its way in several field of application: bakeries, supermarkets, veg. and fruit departments, sanitary facilities, hardware store, logistic and warehouse facilities.

Available also version with standard forming box+triangle+conveyor+blower for long products.
