Shrink Film
PVC shrink film is becoming more and more popular every year. In particular our SOFT PVC shrink film is well known around the world. This material which has unique characteristics like high gloss and clarity, low temperature shrink, high slip and low static will run on most machinery.
Quick Pack Pacific produces center folded or single layer PVC shrink film. Our lengths, thicknesses, colours and widths vary depending upon requests. This film can either be food grade or non food grade.
There are many PVC shrink film producers on the market. Most of them produce a variant of this product which can be referred to as Hard PVC shrink film, it is rigid and makes a crackling noise to the touch, usually it breaks easily and it has a major problem – the bad smell. Our Soft PVC Shrink Film does not have any of these problems. Quick Pack Pacific began in 1983 producing exclusively Shrink film, and QPP owners have produced Shrink film since 1970’s meaning that our main expertise is concentrated here. We are well known in the local Thai market for have the best PVC shrink available. There no other producers here that make Soft PVC and that follow European standard formulations, we have been doing this here in Thailand for 30 years. We are also well known throughout overseas markets for our standards and often full container loadings have to be booked well in advance.
There are various colours of films that can be achieved. As for the Cling Film production, also in this case, many orders are tailor made following customer requirements; from particular carton boxes to artistic stickers with barcodes and reference numbers. Variations are with regards to thickness, length, colour, formulation, width and of course packaging. Mainly, there are two types of shrink films that we produce:
